We would like to introduce our newest member, Joy Halling! Joy is a retired business and art teacher residing in Watertown. She enjoys the extra time from her retirement exploring her favorite medium, painting with watercolors. She has received various awards for her talented landscape and flower paintings including the People's Choice and Artist's Choice awards for her plein air works. Most of her pieces are created from her own photography or done plein air. She especially enjoys landscapes or places she's been.
