The NPA is located on the prairies of northeastern South Dakota in the arts-rich community of Watertown. The council is a group of citizens committed to the promotion of all types of art for the community of Watertown and the local area.
This is a group for art betterment, creative networking, regional artist promotion through our local monthly Arts Night at the Pub, and the teaching arts and creativity.
NPA is currently hosting monthly artistic and creative projects throughout the year of 2020 at Signature Studios located at the Watertown Mall. Please check under our Events for the most current class being held and further class details.
